Real Name: Nobody knows. Because of his size and muscular build (built like a Mack truck) he was nicknamed "Big Mack" many years ago and he won't tell anyone his real name.

Polite: just polite enough to avoid spitting tobacco on your boots, if he likes you.
Big Mack usually tells it like it is, take it or leave it. Rough talking and crude, he invented them. If you don't like him, he could care less. One thing for sure, Big Mack loves cranes. Check out the tatoo on his forearm.
Where's he from? No one knows. He just walked into the mechanic shop one day with a big old wooden tool box. He set it over in one corner of the shop and started working on a crane. By the way, don't go near that old wooden tool box or you'll find yourself in a heap of trouble. You just don't mess with Big Mack, nor his tool box.
